Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. You can contact us through email at [email protected] if you would like to return your item.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal and BACS.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

We do not process the payments ourselves and instead use a third-party service called Stripe, it is used by millions of companies and complies with all financial security regulations so you can be sure that your details are safe.

What are your shipping options?

We offer free delivery on all items. We use a different range of couriers to ensure that the item gets to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our partners include: Evri, Royal Mail, Yodel and DPD. We do not allow you to choose the courier on checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your item has been dispatched we will send you an e-mail with the tracking information and it can also be found on your order page.

What is the estimated delivery time?

No, we only ship to the UK (includes Northern Ireland)
